I made the mistake of letting the babies in the office with me (again!) while I was on the computer (my lap top lost it's wireless connection, and well, I'm pretty dumb when it comes to that stuff). All of a sudden I turned and found this HUGE mess beside me! Evan started it, I'm sure, as he's gone after this pile of "needing-to-be-shredded" papers numerous times. I decided I would just let them play with it and boy did they have FUN! Plus, it allowed me to get a couple of things done on the computer without (major) distractions. =) So do you let your kids do this kind of stuff? Or am I just crazy? Or maybe a little bit of both! =)
Ella kept finding all the old credit card type cards (i.e. old AAA cards, etc.). I noticed that she kept grabbing them and running out the door with them and returning empty-handed.
Hmmm. I decided to follow her the next time... this is what I found...
Apparently they belong in the shopping bag! Crazy girl! =)

Oh yes, Gracie loves this kind of thing. It's hard sometimes to decide whether or not to let them just have a go at it, but they have so much fun when they do!
I have let Grace basically empty the diaper wipe container (she ended up "dusting" everything in the house) and she also loves to go through an old container where I keep "credit cards". It was so funny to see your kids doing the same thing! Gracie didn't put them in a shopping bag though... Ella will have to come over and show her where they go. :)
