I go bananas for bananas!

Funny story. Evan has decided that he likes bananas. I have made some up and put it in the freezer, but haven't actually served it to the babies at a meal time because our doctor said that it causes constipation. I decided to wait on that because Evan, at times, has problems in that department. About a week ago though, Evan was eagerly watching me eat my banana. I decided that I would tear off a piece, mash it with my fingers and give him a little. He LOVED it! Well today, the same scenario took place. I was eating a banana and Evan watched from across the room. Soon he was grunting/whining at me to give him some. I did the same thing, but Ella chimed in so I decided to mash a little bit and feed them some. They both begged for more and more, Evan kicking his legs and licking his lips in excitement. When it was all gone, though, Evan didn't handle it too well. He started crying and breaking down. He was so upset about it and didn't know how to handle it. It wasn't anger, but sadness. It was really hard to watch, but not so hard to snap a few shots of Buddy's complete anguish. So sad. I guess I'll have to put bananas on the menu every once in a while! =)
