Rainy Days and Mondays

Today, my good friend, Amanda, was off of work so my babies and her babies decided to get together. It was good for me to get out of the house. We had considered getting out and trying lunch at our usual spot (that is, before babies... hers and mine), but with the weather being as yucky as it was, we decided we'd stay inside and just hang out. The babies had a lot of fun together and it was fun to reminisce and remember when Paige and Levi were that small. It was also fun to see the stage that Ella and Evan will be in later on, watching Paige and Levi walking around and signing up a storm! =)

It looked as the though the rain was letting up and we decided to get some fresh air and take a walk. It was all great until the last few minutes of our walk when rain started to pour down out of nowhere! Luckily, I had the babies in their car seats and it was covered (even though they slept right through it!), but the look on Paige and Levi's faces were great! They were all smiles getting soaked! I remember those days when I didn't mind getting wet. But now, it sucks to have your clothes stick to you and having your hair get all wavy after you've spent a good half an hour flat ironing it! haha =) It was a good day though. Thanks Amanda, Paige, & Levi for a super fun day! Can't wait until summer when we can hang out like old times! =)
