Muy Bien!

So tonight I did something that hasn't occurred in a LONG time... I cooked a REAL meal! Sure, I've heated up some frozen dishes, but tonight I actually made the whole meal, complete with a salad and a vegetable. The enchiladas were delicioso! Woo-hoo, Kari!

Yum! Looks like Greg got some of the enchilladas he'd been craving to have afterall? :)
But, did you have cooked carrots on the side? That's the question... Just kidding. :) Still feel embarrased about my vegi.
