Easter Time!

We had a great Easter celebrating our Risen Lord! The babies went to church with grandma and grandpa, while Greg had to play a marathon of three church services that morning. I stayed home (missing Easter service for the first time in YEARS, BUT watched a service on t.v.) getting ready to host Easter dinner at our house this year. I stayed up too late chopping up food and making things early on, but I still had lots to do before company arrived.

I had hoped that the babies could do their first Easter egg hunt this year, but those funny babies still aren't walking. We're making progress with "baby steps" though. We're just very cautious and content just to sit on the floor and play and be held.

They got a fun Easter basket with goodies inside. I also bought them each a HUGE bouncy ball to play with! That was the best thing to them with lots of giggles and shouting (from Evan!)! =) I have a video of them playing with the balls for the first time that I'll have to post-- it is HILARIOUS!

I hope everyone had a great day remembering what Jesus did for us on the cross!

So here's the picture I chose as our Easter card this year... yah, not that great, BUT if you think this is bad, you need to take a look at what I was workin' with... see below! =)

Almost used this one because it's sweet and funny at the same time...
Not sure.

Again, not sure.

Opening Easter presents from Grandma and Grandpa Folstrom. A cute outfit and some yogurt melts-- yum! Bean liked her gift too!
Grandma Pryor helping Ella open her rattle from Mexico. We could always use some more noisy toys-- haha! =)

It was a HIT!
And we can't forget the bouncy balls! I think these are their favorite toys to date! =)
